Six Programs On One Training Wall
BOOST KIDZ LLC runs small-group gym classes that build balance, strength and courage for kids ages three to twelve. Our Bluffdale gym at 1031 W Stone Fly Dr, Bluffdale, 84065-5606, United States teaches the skills below to children of every confidence level. Each program is capped so coaching stays personal, and each one links neatly to the next as a child grows.
BOOST KIDZ LLC opens its seasonal class enrollment this week. Pick a program below and reserve a place before the term fills.
Six Services, One Goal: Steady Confidence
Every program below is taught on the same equipment and by the same coaching team, so skills carry across classes. Read each description, then contact us for the session that fits your child.
Toddler Balance Classes
Our Toddler Balance Classes are the front door of the gym for kids ages three to five. At this age, balance is still being assembled, so we build it slowly with wide beams, soft stepping stones and gently rocking boards that move only a little. A coach walks alongside each child, within arms reach, and the goal of every session is simple: stand tall, step over, and turn around without needing a hand.
We keep the equipment low on purpose so that a wobble is a playful moment rather than a scare. Toddlers learn to wait in line, take one turn at a time, and cheer for the child ahead of them. By the end of a term most children can cross a low beam unassisted, step down from a platform with control, and walk a short stepping path without stopping. Those small wins do more for confidence than any single big trick.
Ninja Course Training
Ninja Course Training is our most energetic program for kids ages six to twelve. The course strings together vaults, low bars, balance rails and safe climbing obstacles in a route that changes a little each week. Children learn to read the whole route before they start, choose a sensible plan, and finish the run with steady breathing instead of panic. Coaches reset every obstacle between runs so the challenge stays fair.
Beyond the physical work, ninja training teaches decision making under mild pressure. A child who learns to slow down before a tricky rail is learning to think before reacting, and that habit travels far outside the gym. We celebrate both the finished run and the brave attempt, because the attempt is where the learning lives. Families tell us this program is the one their child talks about all week.
Tumbling Fundamentals
Tumbling Fundamentals covers the safe shapes that support every other skill in the gym. Children ages four to ten learn forward rolls, backward rolls, wall handstands and, most importantly, how to fall without fear. We drill each shape slowly, then link them into short travel passes along the mat, building body awareness step by step.
Spotting mats and a padded floor keep the work gentle while children develop the strength to hold their own weight. We never rush a roll or force a handstand. If a child needs three weeks on one shape, we take three weeks. Good tumbling is built on patience, and patient coaching is what keeps kids coming back. By the end of a term most children can perform a clean roll sequence and hold a short handstand against the wall.
Strength and Agility Squads
Strength and Agility Squads serve kids ages seven to twelve who are ready to work a little harder. Sessions use squats, carries, crawls and ladder drills to build real usable strength without heavy loads. We keep the pace lively and the form strict, so children learn that good technique is what makes hard effort feel good rather than sore.
Agility ladders, cone patterns and short relay work round out each squad session. The atmosphere is focused but never harsh. Coaches correct form kindly, demonstrate every drill first, and scale the difficulty to each child level. Children leave squad sessions proud and pleasantly tired, and over a term they notice real changes in how easily they climb, run and carry. That growing strength quietly changes what they believe their body can do.
Confidence Camp Weeks
Confidence Camp Weeks run during school breaks and mix gym skills with team challenges and short periods of quiet reflection. Each morning focuses on a skill theme, each afternoon on cooperative problem solving, and each day ends with a circle where every child names one brave thing they tried. Camp weeks are small by design, capped so that each child gets frequent turns, frequent coaching and frequent praise.
Camp is often the point where a cautious child finds a group of friends and stops watching from the wall. Because the same children attend all week, they build trust quickly and take bigger risks together. Parents appreciate the reliable daily structure during break weeks. Children mostly remember the games, the pit, and the moment they finally made it across the whole course. Both are exactly what we designed the week to produce.
Family Open Gym Sessions
Family Open Gym Sessions let parents and children move together on the same equipment our classes use. A parent can spot a child on the beam, try the ninja course themselves, and see exactly what their child is learning each week. Sessions run on weekend blocks and welcome all ages, so siblings of different ages can move in the same room.
Coaches float through the room to keep sessions safe, reset equipment and answer any question about technique or next steps. Open gym is also the easiest way for a new family to meet us before committing to a class. There is no pressure, no ranking and no performance. It is simply a bright room, soft mats, and a family moving together. Many of our long-term members started with exactly this hour.
