Strong Hands, Brave Feet, Big Smiles

BOOST KIDZ LLC is a children movement and confidence gym at 1031 W Stone Fly Dr, Bluffdale, 84065-5606, United States. We coach kids ages three to twelve through balance, strength and courage in calm small groups. Every skill earned is celebrated, and every prang on the mat is applauded too.

BOOST KIDZ LLC opens its seasonal class enrollment this week for new families across Bluffdale and the south valley.

Our Approach

Movement Is How Kids Learn To Trust Their Own Bodies

At BOOST KIDZ LLC we believe that courage is a physical skill long before it becomes a feeling. A child who learns to step onto a low beam, grip a climbing hold, and land softly in a foam pit is quietly learning that uncertain ground can be survived, explored and enjoyed. Our programs are built around that single idea. We run small-group gym classes that build balance, strength and courage for kids ages three to twelve, and we keep every class calm enough that a shy child can settle in and bold enough that a busy child stays engaged.

Our Bluffdale gym at 1031 W Stone Fly Dr, Bluffdale, 84065-5606, United States is designed as a training wall rather than a playground. There is a traverse climbing wall of colored holds, a foam block pit with a low jump platform, a dry-erase whiteboard for the day plan, and a shelf of earned medals that any child can point to with pride. Nothing here is a competition against another child. Progress is measured against the child of last month, and the only score we track is confidence.

Parents often ask what makes a good first session. The honest answer is repetition, warmth and predictable structure. Every class opens with the same welcome circle, moves through a balance block, a strength block and a courage block, then closes with a short stretch and a naming of one thing each child did well. That rhythm lets children relax, and relaxed children take bigger risks in the safest possible way.

The Activity Wall

Six Programs Pinned To Our Magnet Wall

Each magnet card below is one of the six services BOOST KIDZ LLC runs for kids ages three to twelve. Tap any card title to read the full description on the Services page. New families usually begin with one class per week and add a second once the routine feels easy.

Ages 3 to 5

Toddler Balance Classes

Wide beams, soft stepping stones and slow rocking boards teach our youngest movers to find their center. Coaches stay within arms reach while children practice standing tall, stepping over and turning around on low equipment.

By the end of a term most toddlers can cross a low beam unassisted, step down from a platform with control and wait their turn in line.

Ages 6 to 12

Ninja Course Training

Our ninja course strings together vaults, low bars, balance rails and safe climbing obstacles. Kids learn to read a route, choose a sensible plan and finish the run with steady breathing rather than panic.

Coaches reset every obstacle after each run so the course stays honest and every child gets the same challenge.

Ages 4 to 10

Tumbling Fundamentals

Forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands against the wall and safe falls on the mat form the base of tumbling. We drill shapes slowly, then link them into short travel passes that build body awareness.

Spotting mats and a padded floor keep the work gentle while children develop the strength to hold their own weight.

Ages 7 to 12

Strength and Agility Squads

Squats, carries, crawls and ladder drills build real usable strength without heavy loads. We keep the pace lively and the form strict, so children learn that good technique is what makes hard work feel good.

Agility ladders, cone patterns and short relay work round out a squad session that leaves kids proud and tired.

Seasonal Weeks

Confidence Camp Weeks

During school breaks we run full camp weeks that mix gym skills, team challenges and quiet reflection. Each day ends with a short circle where every child names one brave thing they tried.

Camp weeks are small by design, capped so each child gets frequent turns and plenty of individual coaching.

All Ages

Family Open Gym Sessions

Open gym lets families move together on the same equipment our classes use. A parent can spot a child on the beam, try the ninja course themselves, and see exactly what their child is learning.

Coaches float through the room to keep sessions safe and to answer any question about technique or next steps.

ENROLLED
Why Families Choose Us

Small Groups, Steady Coaching, Real Progress

What a Class Actually Looks Like

  • A welcome circle where every child is greeted by name.
  • A balance block that scales up or down for each child.
  • A strength block built on body weight and safe technique.
  • A courage block that asks for one brave attempt.
  • A cool down, a stretch, and a specific compliment for each child.

Our Coaching Promises

  • Never more than eight children to one coach.
  • Every obstacle reset between runs so each turn is fair.
  • No shouting, no comparing children, no public ranking.
  • Progress noted after every session and shared monthly.
  • Any child may pause, sit out or repeat a skill without shame.
The Journey

How A New Family Moves From First Visit To A Full Term

Step One: Open Gym Visit

Families come to a free open gym session to meet a coach and move on the equipment before committing to a class.

Step Two: Placement Class

A coach suggests one of the six programs based on age, temperament and the skills the child already shows on the mat.

Step Three: First Four Weeks

Children settle into the rhythm of the room, learn the daily flow and begin collecting their first star rungs.

Step Four: Full Term

Families choose a full term, add a second class if they wish, and watch confidence carry over into school and home.

Safety And Care

A Gym Built So That Falling Is Part Of Learning

Safety at BOOST KIDZ LLC is not a disclaimer, it is the design of the room. The foam pit is deep enough to catch a child who mistimes a landing. The jump platform is deliberately low. Mats cover every travel path, and the climbing wall sits above a soft runout so a slip becomes a bounce rather than an injury. Coaches inspect every pin, pad and platform before the first child walks in each day.

All of our coaches hold current paediatric first aid training and complete background checks before they work with children. We keep ratios low so that no child is ever out of sight, and we brief parents at pickup on anything their child tried for the first time. If a child is nervous, we never push. We offer the same skill again next week, and the week after that, until it becomes a choice the child makes with confidence.

Every skill earned is logged on our star progress ladder. Every prang, meaning any small tumble or missed landing, is treated as useful information rather than a failure. Children hear coaches say the same thing all term: that was a brave try, here is what we will adjust next time. Over a few months that language becomes the child own inner voice.

Community

A Neighbourhood Gym, Not A Franchise Floor

BOOST KIDZ LLC is a local business in Bluffdale, and the families who train with us are neighbours, classmates and friends. We run family open gym sessions on weekends so that siblings of different ages can move in the same room. We host seasonal camp weeks that give working parents a reliable option during school breaks. We cheer at the same school events our members attend.

Because we are small by choice, we can adapt a class to a child who needs a quieter start or a faster challenge. That flexibility is the whole point of a neighbourhood gym. It is also why families tend to stay with us for years rather than terms.

Get Started

Save A Spot For This Season

Class sizes are capped, and the seasonal enrollment window fills quickly each term. Reach out through the contact page to book an open gym visit, ask about a specific program, or check which sessions still have room. Our team can be reached at reception@boostkidz.buzz or +13254258028, and we are happy to walk new families through every option.

If you are unsure where to begin, tell us your child age and what they enjoy doing on a playground. We will point you to the class that fits, and we will tell you honestly if a different program would serve them better. That conversation costs nothing and it usually saves families a wasted term.
