1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, by contacting BOOST KIDZ LLC, or by enrolling a child in any class, camp week or open gym session, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website and do not enroll in our programs.
If you are enrolling a child, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of that child, or that you have the authority of the parent or guardian to enter into this agreement. These terms form a binding agreement between you and BOOST KIDZ LLC.
We recommend that you keep a copy of these terms for your records. The version published on our website is the current version and supersedes any earlier version.
2. Definitions
In these terms, BOOST KIDZ LLC, we, us and our refer to BOOST KIDZ LLC, a company located at 1031 W Stone Fly Dr, Bluffdale, 84065-5606, United States (US). You and your refer to the parent, guardian or adult who uses our website or enrolls in our programs.
The term Services means the children movement and confidence coaching that we deliver, including small-group gym classes, camp weeks and family open gym sessions. The term Website means the pages published at our domain and any related content we provide online.
The term Participant means a child who attends a program, and where an adult takes part in a family session, the term also refers to that adult. The term Session means a single scheduled class or open gym block.
3. Eligibility and Enrollment
Our programs are designed for children ages three to twelve, and family open gym sessions welcome adults alongside children. Enrollment is complete only when we have received the required information, any applicable fee, and confirmation of a place in a specific session.
We reserve the right to decline an enrollment where a program is not a suitable fit for a child, where a session is full, or where these terms have been breached. If we decline an enrollment, we will explain the reason clearly and, where practical, suggest an alternative program.
Spaces are limited and are allocated in the order that completed enrollments are received. A place is not guaranteed until we issue a confirmation.
4. Accounts and Contact Details
Our Website does not require a user account. To enroll or to enquire, you provide contact details such as a name, email address and telephone number. You agree to provide accurate and current details and to update them when they change.
You are responsible for any message sent using the contact details you provide. If you believe that another person has used your details to enroll a child without permission, contact us at reception@boostkidz.buzz so that we can investigate and correct the record.
We use the contact details you provide to send essential service messages such as booking confirmations and schedule changes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Description of Services
BOOST KIDZ LLC runs small-group gym classes that build balance, strength and courage for kids ages three to twelve. Our six core programs are Toddler Balance Classes, Ninja Course Training, Tumbling Fundamentals, Strength and Agility Squads, Confidence Camp Weeks and Family Open Gym Sessions.
We may adjust the content of a session to suit the group, and we may replace equipment or drills for safety or logistical reasons. Descriptions on our website are provided in good faith and are intended to be accurate, but they are not a guarantee that a particular drill will be offered on a particular day.
Coaching is delivered by team members who hold appropriate first aid training and who complete background checks before working with children. Class ratios are kept low by design so that each child receives frequent attention.
6. Scheduling and Session Times
Session times are published on our website and in our communications. We may need to change a time, combine a small group, or move a session because of staffing, facility issues or weather. Where a change is needed, we will notify affected families as soon as practical and offer an alternative whenever we can.
Please arrive a few minutes before the session so that your child can settle in before the welcome circle. Repeated late arrival may disrupt the group, and a coach may ask a family to adjust the session time if lateness becomes a regular pattern.
Our published business hours describe when the gym is staffed. Attendance outside a booked session is not permitted without a coach present.
7. Payments and Fees
Fees for classes, camp weeks and open gym blocks are set out at the point of enrollment. Unless we state otherwise, fees are payable in advance and are quoted in United States dollars.
Payments are processed by a third party payment provider. By submitting a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
We may change our fees from time to time. A change will not affect a term that you have already paid for, and we will give reasonable notice before a new fee applies to a future term.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel an enrollment by contacting us at reception@boostkidz.buzz or by calling +13254258028. The date we receive your request determines how any refund is calculated.
Where you cancel before a term begins, we will refund fees already paid, less any reasonable administrative cost that we disclose at the time. Where you cancel after a term has started, we may offer a pro rata refund or a credit at our discretion, taking into account the sessions already delivered and any costs we have committed.
Camp weeks have limited places and higher fixed costs, so cancellation terms for camps may differ and will be stated when you book. If we cancel a program, we will offer a full refund of the affected fee or a credit, whichever you prefer.
9. Missed Sessions and Make Ups
If a child misses a session, please let us know so that a coach can plan the group accordingly. We may offer a make up session in a comparable class where a place is available, but a make up cannot always be guaranteed.
Make up sessions are not transferable to another family and must be used within a reasonable period of the missed class. Fees are generally not reduced for a single missed session.
If a child must pause a term for a medical reason, contact us to discuss options. We will work with families in good faith and can often hold a place or arrange a credit.
10. Code of Conduct
Our gym is a calm, encouraging place. Parents, guardians and children agree to treat coaches, other families and the equipment with respect. Behaviour that endangers a child, that harasses a team member, or that repeatedly disrupts a session may lead to a request to leave.
Children are asked to follow coach instructions, to wait their turn, and to treat a wobble or a missed attempt as part of learning. Coaches are asked to correct form kindly, to keep groups small, and to never compare one child with another in public.
We do not permit shouting, aggressive language or any form of bullying on our premises or in our communications. If you have a concern about conduct, raise it with us directly and we will address it fairly.
11. Safety and Supervision
Safety is the foundation of everything we do. Our equipment is inspected regularly, our foam pit is maintained to depth, and our climbing wall sits above a soft runout. These measures reduce risk but they cannot remove it entirely, because movement involves a degree of uncertainty by its nature.
Coaches supervise children during sessions, but parents and guardians remain responsible for a child before and after a session and while in the changing or waiting areas. Please do not leave a child unattended at the gym outside of a booked session.
If a coach judges that an activity is unsafe for a particular child, the coach may adapt or withdraw that activity. This decision is made in the interest of the child and is not open to negotiation during a session.
12. Health and Medical Matters
Please tell us about any allergy, medical condition or mobility consideration that could affect your child during a session. This information helps coaches keep every child safe and lets us respond appropriately if a situation arises.
In an emergency, we will seek medical assistance and contact the emergency contact you provide. By enrolling, you authorise us to take reasonable steps to obtain urgent care for a child when a parent cannot be reached in time.
A child who is unwell, especially with a fever or a contagious illness, should stay home until they are well enough to take part. This protects other children and our coaching team.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BOOST KIDZ LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or participation in our programs. Our total liability for any claim connected with a service is limited to the fee paid for that service.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limitation is prohibited. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, and in those places our liability is limited to the greatest extent the law permits.
We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or free from error, though we work to keep it available and accurate.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BOOST KIDZ LLC, its team members and its providers against claims, losses and reasonable costs that arise from your breach of these terms, from misuse of our website, or from information you provide that is inaccurate.

15. Media and Photography
From time to time we may take photographs or short videos during a session to record skills earned and to celebrate small triumphs. We publish an image of a child only when a parent or guardian has given written consent for that specific use.
You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. Once we receive a withdrawal, we will stop using the relevant image in future material and will remove it from our own channels where practical.
Families are welcome to take photographs of their own children for personal use. Please respect the privacy of other children and do not publish images that clearly feature another family child without permission.
16. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, layout, graphics and the BOOST KIDZ LLC name and marks, is owned by BOOST KIDZ LLC or used with permission. You may view and print pages for personal, non commercial use.
You may not copy, republish, sell or redistribute our content without written permission, except where the law allows. Our coaching methods, class plans and printed materials are our intellectual property and are provided for use within our programs only.
If you believe that any content on our website infringes your rights, contact us with the details and we will investigate promptly.
17. Acceptable Use of the Website

Where an event of this kind affects a session, we will contact families, offer a replacement session where possible, or provide a refund or credit in line with our cancellation terms.
We will act reasonably and communicate clearly throughout any period of disruption.
21. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or end a family relationship if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached, if a payment remains unpaid, or if a person poses a risk to the safety or wellbeing of others.
Where we end a relationship, we will explain the reason and, where appropriate, allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. If we end a term early for our own reasons, we will refund the unused portion of any fee paid in advance.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, such as intellectual property and limitation of liability, will continue to apply after a relationship ends.
22. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which BOOST KIDZ LLC is established, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction unless another forum is required by applicable law.
Before taking formal action, we ask that you contact us directly so that we can try to resolve the matter fairly and quickly. Many concerns can be settled with a straightforward conversation.
